Buying the doll is the short part. Owning a large, flexible, material-sensitive object in an actual home is the part that repeats.

This section is for the mundane questions that become important after the box arrives: how to document the delivery, where the doll lives, how often it must be moved, how to clean it without turning routine maintenance into a chemistry experiment, what the manufacturer actually says about care, what information is still missing, and when generic internet advice should not be treated as a substitute for product-specific instructions.

Ownership starts before delivery

Product-specific care beats universal recipes
